When Will I Be Billed?

When will I be billed?
Your first charge happens on day 15 — after your 14-day free trial ends. Nothing is charged today. Your billing amount will be the monthly rate for your selected plan: $97 for Starter, $147 for Growth, or $197 for Pro.

What's the difference between the plans?
All three plans include the full REDI Reviews reputation management system and your 14-day free trial. The plans differ in review request volume. Our team will help you choose the right fit during your onboarding call.

What is Information is Needed to Complete Onboarding?

What do I need to have ready?
To complete onboarding you'll need:

• Business Information (Legal Name, Registered Address, EIN)

• Your logo and a brand photo

• Access to your Google Business Profile

• Your previous customer list (Excel, CSV, or Word file)

What happens after I finish the onboarding steps?
Our team reviews your submission, confirms Google access, imports your customer list, and reaches out within 1 business day to get everything rolling. You'll receive a welcome email immediately with your next steps.

Why Do You Need My EIN?

Your EIN (Employer Identification Number) is required to complete A2P verification — a legal compliance process regulated by major phone carriers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. A2P registration is mandatory for any business sending text messages to customers. Without it, your messages get blocked or filtered before they ever reach your clients. By verifying your business with your EIN, we ensure your review requests are delivered reliably, legally, and at scale.

Are these Real Reviews from my Customers?

Yes the Review are real reviews from your customers. One of the fastest ways to build your reputation is to start with people who already love your business — your past customers. When you upload your customer contact list during onboarding, our team sends personalized, professional review requests on your behalf via text and email. No awkward asks, no manual follow-up. We handle it all so you can focus on running your business while the 5-star reviews start rolling in.

How Do I Cancel?

No hoops, no hassle. You can cancel any time by replying to any email from our team or reaching out through redireviews.com. If you cancel before your 14-day trial ends, you won't be charged. If you cancel after billing has started, your service stays active through the end of that billing cycle. No penalties, no hard feelings — we just ask that you give us the chance to make it right first.
